If Business Owner (BO) disagrees to error in 2nd Business Owner Review, then audit moves to QM Review, Stage 9.
QM can either uphold, remove error, add attached file.

QM can either Uphold error or Remove Error
- Uphold Error: moves audit to Processor Acknowledgement for review
- Remove Error: moves audit to Closed
- Comments: A required field
- Activity: QM can see Stage, Reviewer names, Responses, Date, and Comments exchanged between the QR Auditor and BO
- A file up to 2MB can be uploaded when "Choose File" button is clicked
