Overview

The Audit - QA Manager page allows Quality Auditor Managers to see an overview of the sample inventory, check overall audit status in any of the stages other than New, Uphold/Remove an error.

Tabs

• Inventory Tab

  • The inventory gridview shows audits in Processor Acknoweldge column when:
    • BO has agreed to an error
    • QR Auditor upholds error
    • QA Manager upholds error

• Review Tab

  • Processor can choose an audit in the secondary gridview from the Inventory Tab

  • [See Image Review Tab]

    1. Case Detail Header - Read Only
    2. Review Section
       • Submit
         • Processor selects radio buttons Knowledge Gap or Oversight when audit is CP Owned
         • Correction Only is default when Non CP Owned (BO unchecks CP Owned checkbox when agreeing to error)
       • Save/Hold - Processor can hold an audit and come back to it at a later time
    3. Edit Button - See Audit Processor PopUp
    4. Error Score Card - shows overall score of the audit
    5. View All Questions Button - displays list of questions and error charged, N/A

• Closed Tab

  • QA, BO, QA Manager, Processor all can see an overview of the closed audit including: case details, questions, error score card, errors charged, activity -stage, response, comments, attached files.
