SME Question

Overview
QR Auditor, Business Owner, or QA Manager can ask a SME Question when an audit is in their inventory.
- Exception: QA Manager can only ask SME Question when an Auditor or BO has asked a question before the audit reaches QA Manager's inventory
- SME Question can be asked in 1st & 2nd QA Review, 1st and 2nd BO Review, QA Manager Review
- Audit can be submitted without waiting for SME Question to be answered
SME Question Auditor
Inventory Tab
- Auditor can see clickable link buttons in the gridview below.
- Once a SME question has already been asked, auditor can ask more SME questions by clicking link button

Review Tab
- Click "SME Question" button to show popup. Allows auditor to ask SME question in Review tab.
- ddl_Team: Select SME Team from first dropdown
- ddl_SME: Select Quality SME's name from second dropdown
- Comments: ask question in textbox
- dgv_QAList: Gridview displays a list of previously asked questions and answers
SME Question BO
SME Question asked from BO is similar to Auditor. See [SME Question Auditor] above
SME Question QM
SME Question can be asked only when a QR Auditor or BO has asked a question during the rebuttal process.
- If there are no SME Questions, popup will appear blank. See [Image No SME Question QM]
- SME Question can be asked in Inventory Tab's secondary gridview. See [Image SME QM]
- SME Questions are view only in Review Tab. See [Image SME QM]
