Overview
Ability for QA Manager to view audits by searching Audit ID (InstanceID), Processor ID (NTID), or Auditor ID (NTID) in the fields.
- QA Manager can roll back, delete, or change error level of audit
- Case Details information, SME Questions asked, error score, and questions can be viewed for each audit
Tabs
Search
- Audit ID: Find specific audit with InstanceID
- Processor ID: Find all audits under Processor's NTID
- Auditor ID : FInd all audits under Auditor's NTID

Case Details
- QA Manager can see the case details of an audit, error score, questions *
- Stages 1 - 11: QA Manager can click Delete button to remove the audit

- Textbox is required

- Stage 12 (Closed): When audit is closed, QA Manager can Delete, Change Error Level, or Roll Back

- Change Error Level:
- Roll Back: The audit can be rolled back only when it has been in that stage before.
- Example: 1st QA Review, if no errors have been charged and submitted to closed. QA Manager shoulds only be allowed to roll back to 1st QA Review

- SME Questions
- QA Manager can review all SME questions and answers during the audit flow
