Overview

Ability for QA Manager to view audits by searching Audit ID (InstanceID), Processor ID (NTID), or Auditor ID (NTID) in the fields.

Similar to Find Instance, but QA Manager cannot delete, change error, or rollback.

Tabs

  1. Search

    • Audit ID: Find specific audit with InstanceID
    • Processor ID: Find all audits under Processor's NTID
    • Auditor ID : FInd all audits under Auditor's NTID

  2. Case Details

    • QA Manager can see the case details of an audit, error score, questions, errors, audit activity

  3. SME Questions

    • QA Manager can review all SME questions and answers during the audit flow
