Overview

What is a Sample?

• A sample contains an Inspection Type and Sample Rule which a Quality Team (buddy group) is assigned to. Each Inspection Type can have multiple samples with sample rules for each one.

What is a Buddy Group?

• Buddy Group is the Quality Team assigned to a sample.

How are Sample Rules used?

• When a BO creates a New Intake Form, the SampleRule determine which Inspection Types are allowed and whether it is GSP Restricted. It will help determine which Team the audit should go to.

1. Edit or delete Samples.
2. View active, inactive, or deleted Samples.
3. View or Remove Buddy Group assigned buddy group

Use Inspection Type Drop Down

1. Use drop down to filter Samples.
2. After selecting Sample you may view assigned Buddy Group by clicking the 2nd tab (Buddy Group Assignment)
