Overview

Shows all Intake Forms that have been deleted from QM Review Page Inventory tab.

Select Intake Form

Select button "Delete This Audit"

QM must write reason in comments box and select a delete reason code

Deleted Case Report

Users have the ability to filter Intake Forms with drop downs.

1. Drop Down Inspection Type
2. Report Month
