Overview

QR 1st Review allows you to pend Intake Forms. Pend Report will display all intake forms that have been pended.

Smart.p11_IntakeForm (DatePend)

Smart.p11_PendHistory (DateEntered AS UnPendDate)

Pend History Button

The 'History' tab will all users to view all intake forms that have been pended and unpended. Intake forms can be filtered by drop down lists.
