Create a new SNOW job

Overview

Use this process if an entirely new SNOW job is needed for a new process.

Process

  1. Open up https://cigna.service-now.com/esp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=9440f0e5db4a145abcafb5aaf961950
    • Or Navigate to https://cigna.service-now.com
    • Search: "Batch Scheduling/Moveup Request"
    • Click "Add to Favorites?" so it will always show in "My Favorites" folder.

  2. Fill out the form that appears as follows:

    • Requested for: Provide your name.
    • Request Type: Scheduling
    • Scheduling Type: DISTRIBUTED
    • Is this a new batch job: Yes
    • Server Type: Windows
    • ESP Agent Installed: Yes
    • Server Name: Click here to get the appropriate server name for the environment (staging, prod, etc.).
    • Batch Service ID:
      • CEM: INTERNAL\PSVC_CEMWEB
      • SAM3: INTERNAL\samadmin
    • Instructions: Type "cmd file location: ", then provide the exact path to the .cmd file that you wish this job to execute.
    • Call list information: Non Critical. Please email PhoenixBusinessComputingTeam@Cigna.com.
    • Request Date: Enter the current date.
    • Due Date: Provide the date you need the job available by.
    • Application Number:
      • CEM: BA11591
      • SAM3: BA10256
    • BUCS Code:
      • CEM: GCEM
      • SAM3: GIX6
    • Application Name:
      • CEM: Customer Experience Manager
      • SAM3: SAM3 - Smart Audit Master

  3. Click "Submit". It might take a few days for the request to be processed.
