General

QUAD

• Drop Sampling
  • This process is used to load intake forms into our system from a CSV file.
• Wrong Stage / Stuck Intakes
  • Due to either a bug or a user potentially using multiple tabs, an audit that is closed is showing as open.
• Clean Section and Field Counts
  • When new checklists/sections/fields are added/updated/removed, update counts in the p11_Master_Checklist and p11_Sectionlist tables to show correct numbers.
• Skip BO Review
  • For GSP Measurement, business requests that we have audits skip BO Review and move directly to QR Recheck.
• PVS Refresh
  • Ensure that the PVS environment is ready for the PVS team to run tests after database is refreshed.
• Copy Drivers, Root Cause, etc, for new sample
  • Add meta data to new samples.
• Negative Values in Checklist Setup
  • Due to either a bug or fields being updated in Checklist Management during the middle of an audit, an audit can end up with a negative count in Checklist Setup. This prevents the audit from moving forward.

  • Update CallTransactionID's depending on what the business wants.

SAM3

• SAM3 Measurements / Client Audit (External Client)

  • AD HOC Report
    • Report of all the users in SAM3 with their assigned menu.
  • Drop Sample
    • Using drop sample template to drop any claims into SAM3.
  • Retro Sampling
    • When there is a new account in the middle of the month or want to sample arrear, retro sampling needs to be done. Based on each sample's condition following two methods can be used.
      • Use Scheduled Reallocation Menu
      • Manual Pull and Load
  • Inventory Management
    • Remove audits not needed, reallocation on demand to refill inventory, manual pull and load for audits in the bank table.

  • Menu Assignment Bug
    • There is a bug in User Menu Assignment. The script needs to run where there needs to be a menu assigned to the user.
  • Data Update
    • Update data to resolve stuck audits, reopen audits, update the Reference table, Update samples that are not updatable due to sampling risk, Update OJT and generate data from fields needed by performance profile.

  • New Audit Firm
  • SAM3 Termed Users
    • Deactivate terminated users and clean up assigned roles in TeamMember, GroupMember, User_Menu tables.
  • RPA Reset
    • Move back audits to new inventory bucket, if accidentally picked up by bot.

    • Currently there is no automated job in place so the manual load is required monthly.

Acclaim

• AD HOC Report
  • This report is to provide details on all audits in Acclaim and what the last response was.
• Check Why Audits Haven't Been Pulling In
  • If business asks why a sample may be short, we need to manually run the query to see what data is getting returned
• Drop Sampling From Feed
  • Sometimes necessary audits do not come in from the feed like they are supposed to due to issues with the sample method. In these cases, business still needs these audits to be loaded.
• Drop Sampling From Files
  • Sometimes necessary audits are not in our feed and need to be loaded by an excel file.
• Evaluation Form, Questions, or Points Update
• Sample Criteria Update
  • From time to time, Sample Criteria needs to be updated, whether to filter out unneeded audits or to bring in additional ones
