1. QR has the following options depending on their response
   • Send to IM and CSE
   • Send Back to Checklist
   • Finalize

Responding to errors

1. QR has 3 options in responding to errors:
   • Hold
   • Remove Error
   • Uphold Error

Send Back to Checklist

1. QR can always Send Back to Checklist even with a combination of responses, as long as all errors are responded to.

   • Removed
   • Upheld

2. When sent back to checklist, Resolved and Upheld errors cannot be edited, Only Removed.

Send to IM and CSe

1. If an error is Removed it cannot be sent to the IM and CSE.

2. Only Upheld errors may be sent to the IM and CSE.

3. If there is a combination of responses, only previously Upheld errors may be responded to.

   • Removed
   • Upheld

Finalize

1. All errors must be Removed
