QR ReCheck

Overview

QR ReCheck page allows the auditor to view and select Intake Forms to Up Hold, Hold, or Remove errors.

Main
- QR will see all Audits assigned to them by default.
- QR can use, Sample Group, Function Type, and Sample drop downs to pull audits that are assigned to them.
- QR may Select Desired Intake Forms to charge errors, View Inventory Menu
ReCheck
- ReCheck tab will display Fields associated with the selected audit from the main tab
- QR May choose and respond to Fields,
- After responding to all fields QR's can Send back to checklist, Send to IM/CSE Review, or Finalize
- Click Comments Button to display error pop up. [Review]
Inventory
- QR can see all Inventory by default or can filter by Sample Group, Function Type, or Sample drop downs. Inventory Menu
Case Detail
- Allows QR to Edit or delete Intake Form Case Details
- Intake Form
  - When a Gate Keeper first create an audit intake form, the information that is first entered can be found in this details view.
- Account Information
  - Information about the account's effective date, market segment, sales market, FSO, buyer group.
- Contact Information
  - Point of contacts including directors, managers, sales.
- Indicators
  - Critical indicators that may apply to the audit.
Checklist
- Allows QR to view Checklists, associated Sections and Fields Checklist

Main
- QR can see all audits assigned to them by default or can filter by Sample Group, Function Type, or Sample drop downs. Main
- Select desired audit
ReCheck
- Fields associated with the audit will display in a grid view.
- Select desired field by clicking "Comments" button and respond. Review Comments
- Pop up will display. The following options are available in the pop up. [QR Recheck PopUp]
  - Edit Plans
  - Add BO Teams
  - Remove, Uphold, or Hold
  - Select Driver, Root Cause
  - Add Comments
- If all errors are Removed QR may Finalize the Audit [Finalize]
