Overview

The BM Review page allows BO Manager to view all tabs and Search for Intake Forms created by users on the same team / Inspection Type. BM's can also approve or disapprove Rebuttals requested by BO's.

Tabs

1. Main

   • BM can search specific intake forms by first selecting an Inspection Type and Date Range, then searching by Unique ID, Account No, Account Name, Transaction ID, or Priority. View Image 1: Main Tab

2. Review

   • BM can view errors and Approve or Disapprove Rebutted errors
   • BM Review page allows BO Manager to Search for Intake Forms created by users on the same team and Inspection Type.
   • Click View, Image 2: Review Tab
   • Click Rebuttal tab in Pop Up Image 3: Rebuttal PopUp
   • Select Approve or Disapprove radio button and add comments Image 4: Agree or Disagree

3. Inventory

   • BM can view intake forms with whatever inspection type is selected from the drop down and are assigned to their team.
   • QR can see all Inventory by default "-- Select All Inspection Types --" or can filter by single inspection type to only that selected inspection type's inventory. [See Image 5: Inventory Tab] Checklist
   • BM can view selected Checklists for Intake form

4. Rebuttal

   • BM can approve or disapprove Rebuttals requested by BO's
   • Click Respond, this will bring you to the Review tab View [Image 6: Review PopUp ]

5. Case Details

   • BM Can view Intake form details, View [Image 7: Case Details Tab]

6. Checklist

   • BM can view Checklists, Sections, and Fields associated with Audit/UniqueInstanceNo [Image 8: Checklist Tab]
